Hi Jordan — Friday works, thank you for letting us know. Since the rent posted on the 1st, the lease allows a $50 late fee after a 5-day grace period, but given your history I've waived it this once. Please send the $1,450 by end of day Friday 7/3 through the tenant portal. Reply here if anything changes — appreciate you staying in touch.
