Prototype, not product. This is a realistic fake work order for the founder's 56-unit building. It shows the wedge end-to-end: Atlas triaged an incoming call as an emergency, coached the tenant, escalated to a human for approval, then auto-dispatched a vendor within SLA — with every step timestamped and logged so the trail is fully auditable. Nothing is wired up; no vendor is actually contacted and no dispatch is real.
